Pking saying "gbs" then no gbs

Okay, I've been having a problem lately with people saying they will have give backs match with me. They win and don't return my stuff. I'm wondering if its bannable or anything can be done about this?

I don't know if it is. But also i don't think it should be.
i would never have a give back match unless i trusted the person.
If you aren't pking for items. go fight in pitz, and when duel arena is out fight there.

Kinda a scam but also it's the wild, don't fight there if you're not willing to lose.
