banned without a good reason

welll i will tell you what happened exactly....
i got bsed at ::war by fallon and i x logged... and i know that was wrong and i know it was good that i got jailed but i said to falon that im sorry and he wanted to unjail me but gandalf didn't let him/her ... than i said to angel(petros) wow if i don't get unjailed in 5 minutes im just gonna go play pvp-land with my friends... and now petros is saying i said im crashing the server and he says that he took a picture ,,,,, so please show the picture... or unban me

He is banned for a reason, as soon as we can, he will be banned from forums.

they should be unbanned without solid proof.
its basic rules of any private server with an owner that has ANY common sense.
without evidence, they should be unbanned and unjailed.

I TOTALLY AGREE! YOU NEED PROOF,like it say "tits or gtfo".
in this case "PIC OR GTFO."
EDIT:
It Seems the only rules he broke are xlog and advertising (i.e: pvp land or w/e).
But it doesnt deserve a ban.
