Buying and Selling of Runescape Accounts

I've noticed over the last few days some of our players have been buying or selling Runescape accounts, or scamming for them. Although there are technically no rules against this, you should avoid transactions involving runescape accounts altogethor. In the event you are scammed for an account, the staff CANNOT and WILL NOT refund your items, since you were participating in an illegal action to begin with. If you do not wish to be scammed for a Runescpae account, then avoid trying to buy one at all, go train your own. So, if you do buy Runescape accounts, it's at your own risk and you have been forewarned.
