How come when, I say i'm taking a break, but don't, I get demoted, but yet, when other staff members, say they quit, they get there position back? If its favortism, let me know.

Yeah, its just forum staff, not as great as everyone acts. My vote goes to demoting Swag and promoting you because even though Swags a friend he isn't discreetly active.
